Estimates and Pricing
Online estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not binding quotes. Final pricing is determined after an on-site assessment and may vary based on:

Scheduling and Cancellation
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related rescheduling will be accommodated at no additional charge.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large commercial projects.
Liability and Insurance
Upstate Pro Clean is fully licensed and insured. We take precautions to prevent damage, but are not responsible for:

- Items left in work areas
- Damage to plants not identified prior to service
